Jay Losty has over 4 years of experience structuring and executing complex financings. 

Before joining Delos, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where he advised clients spanning a wide range of sectors and geographies and executed financing transactions across Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, and Investment Grade Markets. 

Mr. Losty received a BA in History from Yale University and certificate in Mandarin from National Taiwan University's International Chinese Language Program.
