Alice Chong has extensive experience advising companies, governments and stakeholders in complex restructuring, M&A and financing transactions across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Delos, Ms. Chong was with Guggenheim Securities where she served as Managing Director in the restructuring group. Prior to Guggenheim, she was a Director at Millstein & Co. and was a member of the restructuring groups at Duff & Phelps and Lazard.

Ms. Chong began her career at Lazard, where she focused on M&A advisory for the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors. Ms. Chong received a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
